Position Overview

The ideal candidate will conceptualize business needs and be able to formulate, develop, and implement IT and ERP system solutions from both the technical and business points of view related to NetSuite. Dedicated to maximizing efficiency and capitalizing on the full features and benefits of NetSuite. We are seeking someone with excellent technical and communication skills who is effective at working with multiple executive stakeholders, understanding the needs of system users, designing solutions, and configuring NetSuite products to meet our needs.

This role will assist in the systems integrations relevant to NetSuite and will work closely with the individuals responsible for the Developer Team Responsibilities.

Developer Team Responsibilities:

1. Manage the connection points that allow data to flow in and out of NetSuite

2. Create & Manage API credentials

3. Modify existing or create custom Celigo flows, logic, or data filtration

4. Verify order data integrity within sandbox and production environments

5. Debug and repair data integrity issues within the data flow

6. Provide support where needed for data mapping, custom field data population ect.

NetSuite Admin Responsibilities

• Support NetSuite integration project efforts and be the liaison with NetSuite Support

• Responsible for NetSuite data management which includes governance and control, and scheduling scripts

• Maintain user access, roles, and rights and develop and provide end-user training.

• Manage overall education and training for new and existing employees while promoting best NetSuite practices

• Identify performance gaps, both technological and business related, and propose dynamic solutions to address the gaps

• Serve as the company SME on NetSuite

• Manage security, and maintain roles, profiles, and hierarchies

• Manage new releases and updates to NetSuite, test updates, and effectively roll out new features

• Document company processes and workflows and engage others in business process improvement opportunities

• Strong interpersonal skills to collaborate with business stakeholders

• Support end-user requests for new saved searches, CSV imports, reports, KPIs, fields, views, dashboards, and other objects

• Monitor and manage exception logs for system integration, end-user usage, daily system scripts, and track performance

• Maintain and create workflows, functions, and configurations within NetSuite

• Manage, own and document all requirements involving NetSuite, including all integrations

• Ensure EDI transactions flow smoothly to and from customers through the NetSuite environment and troubleshoot any issues

Required

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Technology, or related field. Or equivalent combination of education and experience

• 2 years + of NetSuite Administration preferred

• 2 years + of experience providing project management and/or business analysis for technical projects

• Experience in business systems analysis preferred

• Experience with ERP systems required

• Exceptional communication and documentation skills – both written and verbal

NetSuite SiteFoundation Certification or NetSuite Administrator Certification preferred.
